On Tuesday, March 12, Pocola 1st year band students traveled to Tahlequah to participate in the 16th Annual Eastern Oklahoma Elementary All Star Bands. The students were selected to perform with over 630 students from 24 schools divided into 5 "honor" bands. The students recieved music when they arrived, rehearsed all day, and performed the music in a concert that afternoon. The students had a wonderful time, and their performances were amazing!!
